Noah co-founded Springboard to help organizations make better public policy a reality. He helps clients get into the details of what makes good policy, and connect to the long view of how to achieve change. With policy experience ranging from technology regulation to social safety net programs to economic development, Noah brings detailed knowledge about a range of policy areas. He also helps clients build strategies to make sure their policy ideas find the right path, whether this means building a coalition, reaching government decision makers, or public advocacy. In previous roles, Noah has been the Director of Policy and Research at Maytree, led a research program on economic and social policy at the Mowat Centre, a public policy think tank, and worked as a civil servant in Ontario’s Cabinet office.

Adrienne co-founded Springboard to help bring good, diverse ideas to the table for better public policy. She leads projects to help clients transform their knowledge and experience into clear public policy thinking, developing complete strategies for systems change, or single policies that need to be made real. And she helps clients get their ideas taken-up by the people in power, through strategic advice, advocacy plans, and building client capacity to build their policy capital. As a former Chief of Staff to provincial Ministers, she has experience steering landmark policy strategies across social and economic policy. She has also been a civil servant, a think tank researcher, and a Bay St. lawyer.

Jamie leads our policy and research team, helping our projects to succeed from start to finish. She oversees research design, helps clients navigate priorities and stakeholders, and engages on projects related to business growth and economic development. Jamie has spent most of her career influencing government from the outside, through research, strategy, and advocacy. She was previously the Research Lead at the Future of Canada Centre, Deloitte Canada’s public policy and thought leadership hub. As a Policy Associate at the Mowat Centre, Jamie worked on modernizing the relationship between government and not-for-profits. She held early career positions in provincial and municipal government, as well as at Ipsos Reid

Jas has spearheaded projects ranging from mapping the infrastructure gap in the North, to developing a policy strategy for a national not for profit, to getting deep inside how to make career guidance helpful for more people. She is a creative thinker who is equally at home when working in the granular details of good policy ideas and when building the stories needed to make them compelling to decision-makers. Jas has been a policy advisor and press secretary to Ontario’s Deputy Premier, where she shaped key policies like the transformation of Ontario’s Student Assistance Program. Before her years in government, Jasmine worked in student advocacy.

Alissa supports clients across the public policy spectrum, with work ranging from evidence generation on caregiver wellbeing, to strategic advice on influencing the housing policy landscape. Alissa previously held research and policy positions at WomanACT and Wellesley Institute, where she led projects and advanced creative solutions in the areas of housing and homelessness, gender-based violence, and transportation. Her career has also included roles in academic research programs and national non-profits, working to translate public health evidence into policy and practice.

Eddy uses his background in advocacy to support clients navigating strategic decisions and developing policy approaches. Eddy has experience influencing policy through his role as the Executive Director of the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (OUSA), where he led the organization’s government relations and advocacy strategy, developed its long-term strategic plan, built relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of government, and managed the nonprofit’s operations. Eddy has also worked as an advisory to Ontario’s Minister of Community and Social Services. In 2023 Eddy was appointed to the Minister of Colleges and Universities’ Blue Ribbon Panel, which provided recommendations on the financial sustainability of Ontario’s post-secondary education system.

Jasmine helps clients make lasting policy impact through engagements like drafting rigorous research papers, planning and co-facilitating stakeholder workshops, and developing a policy agenda and voice for a new national not for profit. Before joining Springboard, Jasmine was a Regulatory Affairs and Policy Specialist at the Canadian Health Food Association where she developed communications and policy strategies while working closely with government and industry stakeholders. Jasmine has a background in scientific research.

Nadine supports the growth and operations of the firm, helping to build internal systems that power our work. She brings experience in business development, operations, and project management, with a focus on turning complex challenges into clear, actionable systems. Prior to joining the team, she led the launch and strategic development of a flagship social enterprise at the Students’ Society of McGill University and contributed to organizational culture research at Vancity Credit Union. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven teams as they grow.

Stephanie has previously been a research assistant with the Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario, a research analyst with the Ministry of Infrastructure, and a constituent assistant for a Hamilton city councillor.
